We aim to give the best possible service at all times, but should you have a complaint, please speak to the Pharmacist who will be pleased to help and will handle health related matters in line with our complaints policy ad with NHS national procedures. If we cannot resolve your problem, then we can provide details of whom to contact for further advice and assistance, in complete confidentiality.


We have level access to the shop and a push button electronic door for the elderly, disabled and pram access, as well as a hearing loop. We are happy to assist other disabled users and those whose first language is not English.
